We are a creative coworking space for accountants, entrepreneurs, bloggers,  designers, developers,  scholars, techies, lawyers, crafters, and start-ups in Silver Spring, Maryland.

How do I become member ?

What is are the Shared Desk?
A shared desk is an unassigned desk in our large open area where members can work.
What is are the Dedicated Desk?
A dedicated desk is a private desk for your exclusive use. A desktop can be set up and left overnight. This space is typically in a 2 or 4 person office
What is a Private Office?
A private office is a fully enclosed, lockable space built for a team of 1-10 people . Your company can add on more offices as you grow. 
Can guest visit me at the office?
Yes, we would love to host your guests! Please just have them checkin at the reception.

What if my company needs phone service ?
We provide unlimited domestic VoIP phone service + 3 line Cisco phone via Vonage at an additional $50/month per user..
How do I report a problem?
You can report any issues you have in the helpdesk section on the cobot membership platform.
How late can I stay in the building?
The building and office is accessible by key card 24/7.

Plans

Can I bring my own furniture and office supplies?
Dedicated Desk and Private Office Members may bring their office supplies.
Private Office Members may bring their own furniture.
How do I cancel my membership?
Refer to our cancellation policy

Payments & Fees

When does my membership start?
Our memberships are billed on day you start and every first of the month hereinafter.
What are the conference room booking fees?
Member Conference Room (per hour): $25.00
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Yes, all our plans require a minimum deposit which is equal to the amount of the plan you subscribe for.
Are our agreements really month to month ?
Yes! Our plans are month-to-month, which provides you with the stability of a space along with the flexibility you need to grow your business.
How do I make payments?
You provide with a credit/debit card or via check or cash.
What is the late fee policy
We charge a late fee of 10% of the outstanding invoice, excluding Security Deposits, for membership payments we haven’t received by the 5th of the month. Partial or unpaid accounts after the 10th will see their membership & perks temporarily suspended.

Membership Perks

Is there a fee for printing?
We provide 100 Black and White printed pages per company.
Is there free parking around the space?
We have tons of available public parking options, Public Parking is free after 6pm Mon-Thu and Free the entire weekend starting from Friday 6pm
How far is the closest metro?
We are less than 10 minutes walk from the Silver Spring Metro and 6 bus stops minutes away from the building: 70, 79, 16,17, 20 and F4
What are some of your perks?
